Ripon City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified fire safety contractors for remedial works at Hugh Ripley Hall, Skellbank, Ripon. The contract includes a new or upgraded fire detection and alarm system covering the main building and attached house, improvements to emergency lighting, a review and replacement of fire extinguishers, certification and commissioning, together with details of ongoing maintenance and monitoring costs. Site visits can be arranged by appointment with the Deputy Chief Officer. The deadline for clarification questions is 12 noon on Wednesday 5 August 2026, with completed tenders to be submitted by 12 noon on Monday 10 August 2026.
