Ripon City Council invites quotations from experienced conservation contractors for conservation repairs and breathable redecoration to the principal façade of the Grade II* listed Ripon Town Hall.
The base quotation is for the full height of the façade. Contractors are also asked to provide a separate alternative price for limiting the work to the lower level.

The deadline for receipt of quotations is 12:00 noon on Friday 7 August 2026.
Clarification questions and requests for a site visit must be submitted to the same email address by 12:00 noon on Friday 31 July 2026. Material clarification responses will be published with the procurement documents.
